Emerging country artist Britnee Kellogg has announced the release of her debut album, ‘She’s Come A Long Way’.
The album features 12 tracks showcasing Kellogg’s storytelling abilities and vocals. She collaborated with songwriters and producers like Jared Conrad and Autumn McEntire. Kellogg expressed her excitement, stating, “This album is such a testament to my love for country music and the path that has brought me here today.”
The tracks on ‘She’s Come A Long Way ‘are autobiographical, addressing themes such as life’s moments, motherhood, and relationships, along with lighter, fun songs. Kellogg hopes listeners will connect with the personal nature of her music.
The most recent single, ‘This Mess,’ released on 24 May 2024, celebrates life’s imperfections, especially in the context of parenting. The music video for the title track, ‘She’s Come A Long Way’, features women from Kellogg’s home state of Oregon, including her mother and daughter, Harlow.
Kellogg’s journey in country music began at a young age, inspired by Johnny Cash and June Carter Cash. She has performed alongside notable artists such as Blake Shelton, Eric Paslay, and Keith Urban and appeared on American Idol.
