Dolly Parton’s new wine range takes the UK and US by storm

Both sides of the Atlantic are falling in love with Dolly Wines, as bottles fly off shelves and into the hearts of Dolly Parton fans and wine lovers alike. The global superstar’s newly launched Dolly Wines, produced in collaboration with Parton Family Cellars and Accolade Wines, one of the world’s largest wine companies, are winning praise. Brokered by IMG, the Dolly Wines collection features three varietals: Chardonnay, Rosé, and Prosecco.

In the US, much like Dolly herself, the ‘Dolly Wines Chardonnay 2023’ is captivating wine enthusiasts and fans alike. Americans are raising their glasses to toast the end of their 9 to 5, gifting bottles to neighbours ‘Two Doors Down’, and ‘Bubblin’ Over’ with excitement for New Year celebrations. Available at major US retailers, including Kroger, Total Wine & More, Meijer, H-E-B, and Cost Plus World Market, the Chardonnay is also accessible online via Vivino at www.DollyWines.com for a suggested retail price of $14.99 USD.

Whether for seasoned wine connoisseurs or those who simply enjoy a good glass of white wine, the ‘Dolly Wines Chardonnay’ offers a delightful and approachable option for all. With a crisp blend of white peach, sweet cream, and toasty oak, this Chardonnay delivers a perfectly balanced sweetness with a smooth finish. It’s an ideal companion for an autumn evening spent with friends and family.

Meanwhile, in the UK, the highly anticipated Dolly Wines UK collection is set to arrive on shelves today. Featuring the ‘Dolly Wines Rosé’ (RRP: £9.50) and ‘Dolly Wines Prosecco’ (RRP: £11), these new varietals are exclusively available at Asda from today, 12th September.

The ‘Dolly Wines Prosecco’ is a fresh and zingy sparkling wine, with stone fruit aromas such as peach and apricot, along with flavours of apple and pear. Its crisp, zesty finish, complemented by a touch of sweetness, makes it perfect for celebrating special occasions.

The ‘Dolly Wines Rosé’ offers a delicate and romantic French Rosé experience, with a soft, round palate featuring notes of strawberry, citrus, and a touch of dried sage. It finishes with a subtle saline character and lingering white strawberry flavours.

Speaking about the launch, Dolly Parton said: “Dolly Wines are a gift from me, to you. Whether you’re sharing stories around the table, simply relaxing in the garden, or gathering with loved ones for the holiday, there’s a little sparkle in every bottle that is designed to bring joy and connection to every gathering.”

Accolade Wines’ Chief Marketing Officer, Sandy Mayo, added: “We are beyond excited to bring Dolly Wines to the United States and the United Kingdom. Dolly herself was involved in all aspects of each wine, and we think they capture her captivating sense of fun and sparkle perfectly. Like the lady herself, we think everyone, everywhere will love it. Go ahead, pour yourself a cup of ambition!”

Dolly Wines are set to bring a touch of Dolly’s signature charm to every celebration, one bottle at a time.
