Sam Ferrara is a singer-songwriter from Long Island. Her debut album, Piece of Me, was awarded for five Joise Awards. Now she’s back with her new single, Second Place.

The multi-instrumentalist and teacher often experiments with incorporating woodwind instruments into her music. She has performed at venues including Madison Square Garden, the Barclay Center, The Hobby Center for the Performing Arts, and The Cutting Room.

Speaking about her new song, Sam said: “This song is an origin story for me, but also a coming-of-age story for anyone who has ever lived in the shadows. It’s a reminder that no matter who you are, you are enough.”
