Universal Orlando Resort is teaming up with Luke Combs to open a country music venue.
Opry Entertainment Group announced the Florida theme park will be host to the third iteration of Luke Combs’ Category 10.
What to Expect
Category 10 will be a live music venue, bar and restaurant spread over three stories and 33,000 square feet on the park’s CityWalk.
The original Category 10 opened in Nashville in 2024. It features a rooftop space, a bourbon bar, live music, live sports broadcasts and line dancing.
A second location is due to open at The Flamingo in Las Vegas in autumn.
Construction for the Universal location is likely to commence in the summer.
First-Class Service and Tunes
Luke Combs said: “I know Orlando is a worldwide destination spot, so I’m super pumped and humbled that we’re getting to open a location there.
“My wife is from Florida, so we’re both super excited about this. I am glad to be bringing our brand of first-class service and awesome tunes to the Sunshine State.”
The Chairman of Ryman Hospitality Properties Executive – the parent company of Opry Entertainment Group – Colin Reed, said: “Country music is reaching more people nationally and internationally than ever before, driven in large part by superstars like Luke Combs.
“With Orlando welcoming millions of visitors from around the globe each year, expanding the Category 10 footprint into this world-class entertainment destination allows us to introduce visitors to an authentic country music experience inspired by Luke’s Carolina roots.”
